In June 2024, Upstream Biotechnology initiated small plot field trials for its soybean disease resistance trait, marking an important milestone in the development of our RNA-based crop protection platform. These trials are designed to evaluate trait performance under real-world growing conditions and generate critical data to support future product development.

Field testing allows us to assess how effectively our technology helps soybean plants activate their natural defense systems against disease while maintaining strong agronomic performance. By monitoring plant health, resistance levels, and yield outcomes, we can further optimize trait performance and validate greenhouse results at a larger scale.
